Well, now that I have a way of making my points move, I need a nifty bracket to mount the servos under the bench.
A friend of mine is a member of the Sydney Hackerspace and he built me a lovely bracket that based on my design. I used Google Sketchup to draw this beasty and intended that we use the STL output to drive a 3D printer (MakerBot) at the Hackerspace.
Unfortunately, the STL was unsuitable for the printer so my mate used OpenSCAD to build a 3D model for me to my dimensions and this is the result: Servo Bracket by darthcarter.
Now, let's see how cheaply I can get this made on Shapeways !
